Ryan Thompson

Meet Ryan Thompson, Owner of our RELM Hockey Development Centre.

Ryan is based in Kingston, Ontario, where he lives with his wife Erin and his daughters, Libby and Molly. With a background in Kinesiology (Brock University) and an MBA from the Royal Military College of Canada, Ryan has built a career around his lifelong passion for sports.

As a former junior and pro hockey player, linesman, and certified coach, Ryan has worked across all levels of the game—from youth development to university and competitive junior programs. He currently leads RELM Sports, runs tournaments, and serve as the General Manager of the Kingston Wranglers Hockey Club.

Whether it’s coaching, officiating, or building new programs, Ryan is always looking to grow the game and connect with the community.
